Lacquer is intended to coat outside and inner surfaces of electrolytic and hot-dip tinning tare made of tinned steel sheet, black sheet iron and other tare, in contact with food substances. Consumption for one layer according to solid residual 5-12 g/m2. After polymerization at t° = 130î -160îÑ within 12-20 minutes becomes a homogeneous film from colorless to light-brown.
It is used as a unit with thinner R-30.
Technical characteristics
1. Appearance of the lacquer
Homogeneous transparent fluid from dark-yellow to reddish-brown color, light opalescence is permitted.
2. Appearance of a film
After drying the lacquer becomes of a homogeneous glossy film extraneous mechanical impurities.
3. Viscosity
By viscosimeter VZ-246 with nozzle diameter of (4,000±0,015) mm at t° = 20,0±0,5°Ñ: in the range of 60-140sec.
4. Mass concentration of nonvolatile substance: 27 – 38%
5. Film strength at stamping: without damages of coating strength
6. Film adhesion before and after sterilization, points, no more than: 11
7. No porosity
