This product is a solution of polyethylene oxidized wax mixed with organic thinners.
Additive PWO-30 is intended for addition into can coating lacquers and enamels, to make the coating plastic being mechanically effected.

Melamex coating varnish

This lacquer is a mix of melamine-formaldehyde and epoxy resins with organic thinners and modified additives.
Melamex coating varnish is used as a protective coating Emalex prime-enamel and printing inks, coated into metallic surface.
After polymerization at to = 170-180◦Ñ lacquer forms steady to mechanical effects coating and keeps the enamel consistent.
Technical characteristics
1. Appearance of the lacquer
Colorless homogeneous transparent substance, light opalescence is permitted.
2. Appearance of the film
After getting dry, the lacquer should become colorless homogeneous glossy film without extraneous mechanical impurities.
3. Viscosity By viscosimeter VZ-246 with nozzle diameter of (4,000±0,015) mm at to = 20,0±0,5°Ñ: in the range of 70-120 sec.
4. Film adhesion, points, no more than: 11
5. Mass concentration of nonvolatile substance: 36-43%
6. Drying time to degree 3 at to = 170-180oÑ: no more than 12-15min.
7. Capacity of the film while stamping
After stamping the film should be solid
8. Porosity – there must be no craters and pores on the surface.
