Emalex–A enamel

TS U 24.3-24514086-015:2006
Emalex – A white enamel is a suspension of pigments and fillers in alkyd lacquer in the system with n-butanolized benzo guanamine formaldehyde resin and modified agents.
White Emalex–A is recommended for inner and outer can coating.
Emalex–A enamel guarantees glossy white coating of sheet, using for outer coating of sheet, for split cans production, twist-off covers and corks, and also chemically steady coating for cans, steady for sterilization.

Recommended coating – 12-14 g/m2 according to solid residual.

Emalex–A white enamel is coated with rolling method or spraying.
Dry temperature – 170-175oÑ.
Dry time – 10-12 minutes.
For using as an outer coating in the capacity of prime-enamel after lithography - coating varnish  is needed.
