EP-547-2 is golden, elastic, with characteristics which are identical to EP 547 lacquer, but has more plastic properties. It can be used for solid-drawn cans 1, 2, 3.

Lacquer is used for coating of ready-made solid-drawn cans inner surface with evaporation method, rolling method for split cans and covers of tins and container glassware made of electrolytic and hot-dip tinning white sheet. Consumption for one layer according to solid residual – 3-4 g/m2. After polymerization at t = 180°С within no more than 15 minutes becomes of glossy golden coating with high chemical resistance. It is used as a unit with R-30 thinner.

Lacquer is intended to coat outside and inner surfaces of electrolytic and hot-dip tinning tare made of tinned steel sheet, black sheet iron and other tare, in contact with food substances. Consumption for one layer according to solid residual 5-12 g/m2. After polymerization at t° = 130о -160оС within 12-20 minutes becomes a homogeneous film from colorless to light-brown.
It is used as a unit with thinner R-30.

Enamel is a suspension of aluminum powder (or paste) in epoxy phenol lacquer.
Enamel is intended for cans inner coating of white and chromed sheet metal and covers to them and also for covers for glass tare for tinned food with acid and protein environment (meat, fish, green peas, etc.)

Enamel is an epoxy phenol lacquer pigmented with dioxide titanium. 

Enamel is intended for coating split can tare inner surface, end pieces, sheet cans and covers made of white sheet of electrolytic and hot-dig tinning and chromed sheet.

It is coated with rolling method. After polymerization with consumption for one layer according to solid residual – 6-8 g/m2 at t° = 210-215°С within no more than 15 minutes, gets flat plain coated surface of light-yellow color, steady to chemical environment.

This product is a solution of polyethylene oxidized wax mixed with organic thinners.
Additive PWO-30 is intended for addition into can coating lacquers and enamels, to make the coating plastic being mechanically effected.

Emalex – A white enamel is a suspension of pigments and fillers in alkyd lacquer in the system with n-butanolized benzo guanamine formaldehyde resin and modified agents.
White Emalex–A is recommended for inner and outer can coating.
Emalex–A enamel guarantees glossy white coating of sheet, using for outer coating of sheet, for split cans production, twist-off covers and corks, and also chemically steady coating for cans, steady for sterilization.

Enamel is a suspension of titanium dioxide rutile, fillers in the mix of epoxy phenol composition.

Emalex–M white enamel is recommended as prime-enamel for varnishing of sheet before lithography.
