Neoleucorite
Neoleucorite – polymer, natural metal substitute – elephant ivory.
It is an elephant ivory analogue according to its physical-mechanical properties. Cheapness and its affordability let polymer to substitute elephant ivory completely in billiard balls production.
Neoleucorite is a cast resite, solid, infusible and insoluble material received of solidification in forms of fluid resol phenol formaldehyde resin.
Neoleucorite is received as billet section from which different items are made in the machine processing.
Neoleucorite has natural light coloring (white, light-yellow, pale-cream) and is easily colored with the help of alcohol soluble dyes into different colors.
Technical characteristics
Density, g/cm3 1,25 – 1,27
Impact number, kg/cm2 10
Martenson thermal stability, °С 70
Water absorption, % 0,3
Fastness, kg/sm2 10
Neoleucorite has good mechanical fastness, especially to dynamic capacities, high elasticity. Neoleucorite is used for production of billiard balls, draughts, door and window furniture, different sculptures (netske and so on), souvenirs and other items of decoratively-applied meaning.

Billiard balls
Billiard balls of neoleucorite are analogical to an elephant ivory with their elasticity properties, resistance to impact and specific weight. The seizes of the balls are 40, 50, 60, 70mm.
