Bakelite lacquer LBS-20

SS 901-78

Type of production – solution of formaldehyde resin of resol class in ethyl alcohol.
Range of application
It is applied for production of ornamental paper-flaky plastic, filter materials, chemical fibers and for other purposes. 

Appearance
Transparent solution from reddish to reddish-brown without no suspended particles.

Safety measures
Toxic, highly inflammable substance. Ventilation is required while working with bakelite, skin protection, respiratory organs, eyes. If contacts with skin, affected area should be washed with ethyl alcohol and then with water.

Transportation and storage
It is transported with any kind of transport with obligatory protection from sun rays and atmospheric precipitations. Lacquers is kept in tightly closed tare at temperature not higher than +20º С in covered storage without seal failure.

Use recommendations
When customer gets a bakelite lacquer with higher temperature, it should be cooled to the temperature no higher than +20ºС, and if a customer gets it in frozen condition – it should be thawed out in the warm place at temperature no higher than +20ºС. Forced heating is forbidden.

Warranty expiration date
It is 1 month since due date at temperature not higher than +20ºС in tightly closed tare. Straight sun rays and atmospheric precipitations are ruled out. Expiration date can be extended if transportation and warehousing temperature decreased.

Tare
Loading a consumer` tare. Barrels of 200 litres.
