Composition for suspender protection from powder coating and methods of its using.

It is a viscous fluid with bad smell which consists of two components.
A component – viscous colorless liquid with no smell.
B component – viscous transparent liquid of violet color with bad smell. Keeping time of A component is limited, it is 3 months. 

The composition is intended to protect separate item elements, flat and curvilinear surface areas, coating of which is necessary to avoid. The composition is also intended to protect conveyor system load carriers, production accessories and details, exposed to be coated many times and heated in furnace.

Content of composition:

100 A component weight parts, 3 B component weight parts.

Combustible mixture is prepared for combination, it consists of 100 parts of A component and 3 parts of B component. Identified mixture is stirred within 3-5 minutes till the composition becomes homogeneous. Complete mixture is coated on the item with a brush or dipping and stay in the air within 10-15 minutes for extraneous paste. Removing mixture remnants on the details, check integrity and uniformity of the paste coated. The mixture may be used within 3 days. Load carrier with the coated paste is solidificated in the furnace within 10 minutes at temperature 180ºС or in the mode of solidification of powder coating.

There should be protective elastic transparent film on the details after solidification. Solidificated layer of masking paste is good for long-term usage.

Load carriers are ready to be used after options above. Powder coating from load carriers is necessary to remove from time to time mechanically leaving the protective paste layer untouched.
