Basic stages of powder coating application process:
1. Fluidization of powder coating in fluidization chamber. 
2. Impacting of electric charge to the powder coating in electrostatic or tribostatic spray gun. 
3. Powder coating evaporation into colored surface – while evaporation electrically-charged particles of the powder coating are attracted to “grounded” colored detail and “stick” to its surface. Powder coating evaporation is implemented in evaporation chamber. Powder coating, uncovered an item (small percent) recycles.       
4. Polymerization (congelation) of powder coating in polymerization furnace evaporated layer at t° =  140-200°С within 5-30 minutes and as a result a uniform, heavy duty cover with protective-decorative properties is formed.
