INVERPUL polyester powder coatings without TGIC

TGIC – triglycidylezocyanurate – hardener for powder coatings, forbidden in European community, mostly used in production of polyester coatings!
Thermosetting powder coatings based on polyester resins. They form durable film with excellent physical-mechanical properties, high resistance to cleaning substances, greasing substances and different kinds of fuel. Created especially for coating and protective item surface used outside and weather impacted: facade slabs, window and door frames, agricultural vehicles and other utilities and constructions, constantly being at free air. They may be coated with electro static spraying with negative tension (60-80 kV), and with tribo-static method in automatic or manual mode. 

Items exploited outside, at open air are recommended to be coated:
•    aluminium shape
•    tile metal sheets
•    advertisement hoardings
•    wheel disks
•    conditioners
•    transformators
•    metal screens
•    agricultural vehicles and aggregators
•    equipment (machine building, trade one, etc.)

After solidification a solid film is formed with excellent physical-mechanical properties, high resistance to cleaning agents, greasing substances and different kinds of fuel.

They have high durability to yellowing under weather factors. They were created for coating and protective cover of things used outside. They may be coated with electro static spraying with negative tension (60-80 kV), and with tribo-static method in automatic or manual mode. 

Items recommended to be coated:
•    items, being under impact of aggressive environments and (or) high temperatures
•    items, high durability to mechanical impacts (automobile industry, agricultural items) needed

Thermosetting powder coatings based on polyester resins with special addictives giving a particular durability to ultraviolet rays impacts and atmospheric precipitation. They form decorative film with high resistance to weather conditions. These lacquers were created for coating of aluminum constructions used in architecture and for coating of galvanized steel. Polyester powder coatings without TGIC “Architecture” series of INVER company production totally conform to 1 class of 2nd and 3rd category of International Standard QUALICOAT. (Qualicoat – international standard which is applied to coatings of architectural allocation. They may be coated with electro static spraying with negative tension (60-80 kV), and with tribo-static method in automatic or manual mode.
