Powder coatings with metallic effect

Powder thermosetting coatings with metallic effect may be produced on base of epoxy, epoxy-polyester, polyester and polyurethane resins.

Pigment, responsible for metallic effect, is input into powder composition by means of special process of fixation – bonding, due to which best using and metallic effect production rates are achieved. Thus, the problem of metallic particles distance in powder mixture during evaporation is solved.

To avoid changes of metallic effect during possible mechanic dragging of surface or coordinated actions between metallic particles on the surface and water or chemical substances, repeated transparent “lacquer” coated surface is supposed to take place with metallic effect of polyester or polyurethane powder coatings.
