Epoxy anti corrosion prime

Thermosetting powder coating based on epoxy resin with special hardener, containing special anti corrosion pigments. They are used for anti corrosion protection of metallic surfaces.

It forms uniform, durable film with good resistance to chemical and mechanical effects, cleaning agents, fuel and oil materials.

Based on pigments without lead and chrome.

They are used like primes (thickness 50-70 microns) for surfaces finished with sand blasters before following coating with polyester or epoxy-polyester powder or liquid coatings.

Before priming, the surface which is going to be coated should be cleaned of oils, greasing substances and rust. This powder prime can not be used as final single coating.
