Powder coatings - ecologically clean, waste-free technology of getting high quality and protective decorative polymeric coating.


INVERPUL powder coatings


INVER company produces powder coatings since the end of 70`s. Powder coatings do not contain solvents and, therefore, is 100% dry heavy stuffed. Powder coating technology considerably decreases problem of environment pollution with emission which is inevitable while liquid coatings coloring. 
Among other advantages of powder coatings is their 100% availability to direct coating into colored surface, high degree of spreading capacity, low flammability and ease usage, excluding unproductive costs. 
   
INVER company produces different kinds of powder coatings: epoxy, epoxy-polyester,   polyurethane, polyester in different variants of colors and their tints intensity. 

Due to constant researches in production and pigment usage area, INVER company produces the tints of any colors without using a lead and chrome. Additionally, INVER company produces polyester powder coatings without triglycidylezocyanurate content (TGIC).
Architectural powder coatings of INVER company are fully satisfy an International Standard QUALICOAT, used for architectural meaning covers.

Powder coatings information


Powder coating – fine-dispersed polymeric dry powder on the base of:
•    polymeric resins (base, film forming)
•    hardners (polymerization – congelation)
•    pigments (color)
•    target modifying agents (getting special properties), which being heated in the furnace to t° = 140-200°C are polymerized (congelated) and make uniform, heavy-duty cover with very high degree of adhesion with coated surface.


Powder coating advantages

INVERPUL epoxy powder coatings


Thermosetting powder coatings based on epoxy resins. While solidification they make a film with high thickness and excellent physical-mechanical properties, high resistance to cleaning substances, greasing substances and different kinds of fuel. They were developed for coating and protective (as a rule, anti corrosion) things coating of outer usage outside. It may be coated with both, electrostatic spray gun with negative tension (60-80 kV), and with tribostatic method in automatic or manual mode.


Epoxy - polyester


Thermosetting powder coatings based on epoxy and polyester resins. While solidification they make a film with high thickness and excellent physical-mechanical properties, high resistance to cleaning substances, greasing substances and different kinds of fuel. Made specially for decorative coating coloring of the things used inside houses.  It may be coated with both, electrostatic spray gun with negative tension (60-80 kV), and with tribostatic method in automatic or manual mode.


Epoxy anti corrosion prime


Thermosetting powder coating based on epoxy resin with special hardener, containing special anti corrosion pigments. They are used for anti corrosion protection of metallic surfaces.

It forms uniform, durable film with good resistance to chemical and mechanical effects, cleaning agents, fuel and oil materials.


INVERPUL Polyurethane powder coatings


Thermosetting powder coatings based on polyurethane resins with hardeners without  caprolactam. It forms uniform, durable film with good resistance to weather impact, good resistance to chemical and mechanical impact, cleaning agents, fuel and oil materials. 


Powder coatings with metallic effect


Powder thermosetting coatings with metallic effect may be produced on base of epoxy, epoxy-polyester, polyester and polyurethane resins.

Pigment, responsible for metallic effect, is input into powder composition by means of special process of fixation – bonding, due to which best using and metallic effect production rates are achieved. Thus, the problem of metallic particles distance in powder mixture during evaporation is solved.


Preparation of surface before powder coating is made in several stages:


First stage – deoiling: item surface cleaning of oiling, fuel, dust, mechanical particles by means of cleaning agent. 
Second stage – (intermediate) – washing: item surface washing after deoiling in technical water of any temperature within 3 minutes. 
Third stage – phosphating: by means of phosphate concentrate there is a phosphate film on the surface of an item, of 2 microns thickness which allows to economize to 9% of powder coating on better conductivity and item surface being homogeneous.
Forth stage (intermediate) – washing: washing of item surface after phosphate stage in technical water of any temperature within 3 minutes to remove from phosphate film of foreign solids.
Fifth stage – removing. Removing of item surface in distilled water.
Note: for time saving, it is allowed not to follow forth and fifth stages from coloring items preparation cycle, exploited inside.
Sixth stage – drying. It is held both, naturally and forced to get dry surface (without wet spots). Approximate time of drying naturally at temperature of environment 20°C – 5 minutes
Note: for items, having no strict requirements towards their surface quality, using of first and second stages only is possible because cleaning agent contains phosphate groups. In this case, not technical but distilled water is used on second stage.


Ground


Composition for suspender protection from powder coating and methods of its using.

It is a viscous fluid with bad smell which consists of two components.
A component – viscous colorless liquid with no smell.
B component – viscous transparent liquid of violet color with bad smell. Keeping time of A component is limited, it is 3 months.
