Single-component single-layer coating on acrylic base with high stability to atmospheric factors effect.
This product satisfies toughest requirements concerning stability to atmospheric factors effect with good anti-corrosion protection at the same time. 
It is used for agricultural transport facilities bodies, carts with shuttle fork, window and door armature and also steel furniture coating.

Method of electric precipitation took wide application in mass production: for automobiles` bodies, household appliance, wheel disks, radiators priming, etc.
Coating lines may be of continuous and periodical actions. 
Against is a coated item an anode or a cathode – there are anode and cathode electric precipitation.

Electrolytic precipitation (coating by means of electrophoresis) means a lacquer precipitation on metallic surface of the item from water solution with electrochemical reactions while immersion and tension feed between the item, which is one of the electrodes and counter electrode.
There is insoluble in water tight coating on the surface of the item which cannot be dissolved repeatedly. 
The coating has a good adhesion to phospheting metal surface.
If to pick up the item out of the precipitation bath – part of fluid lacquer is left on the surface of the item; this film is easy to remove with water.
There is cross-linking of binding agent while further drying at t° = 165-180°С and hard, fast, polymeric film.

Method of electric precipitation is of bleeding-edge in mass production: while priming of automobile bodies, household appliances, wheel disks, radiators, etc. 

Coating lines may be of continuous and sampling actions.
There is anode and cathode electric precipitation, everything depends on the coated item, if it is anode or cathode.
